Quit smoking app for Mac

The time you win back, in your menu bar and on your desktop.

Why a Mac app helps

If you work at a computer, the hardest hours of a quit are often the ones at a desk. A Mac app puts the number where you already are: in the menu bar, one click away, and in a widget on the desktop.

Two ways to install it

The Mac App Store. One download on the App Store covers iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. Updates arrive through the App Store.

Straight from this site. A signed and notarized download that opens without a warning and updates itself from inside the app. Both need a Mac with Apple silicon.

What it does on a Mac

  • The time you have won back by quitting, worked out from your own habit.
  • A daily check-in, with a reminder at the time you choose.
  • Your whole history, your photo and your reason.
  • With Premium: the menu bar, desktop widgets, money saved, a quit plan, export, and sync across all your devices and platforms.

The forecast, check-ins and history are in the free app.

This page reports a motivational estimate built from population averages. It is not a prediction about any one person, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or a quitline about stopping smoking. In the US, that is 1-800-QUIT-NOW.
